Advertising has been with me since I was little when I used to sell on trains I only had between one station and another to convince the public to buy from me every day in São Paulo Brazil where I was born and raised with my family, we always believed that we lived in the center, because periphery was my reference! Until the day that my father Alcides Gregório Ferreira had the opportunity to live in Nigeria, my second exchange reference. The first reference was my mother Joselita Paes de Jesus who had the courage to leave the countryside in Bahia (northeast of Brazil) to continue living in SP as a maid! So I realized that the world was much bigger than I imagined and I was going to explore that and connect the talents I found on my journey.

With these references and those of my brothers, who with public policies had access to the study as well as I, who graduated in Digital Design, specialized in Digital Marketing and studied MBA in Digital Marketing and after working for more than 10 years in multinationals and companies Brazilian women where I felt that I was an exception for being in those spaces.

In 2018 I decided to move permanently to New York and share Marketing tips on social media and give private lessons helping entrepreneurs to give visibility to their businesses the community she built on social media was 50 thousand followers and among so many connections I made I met my friend and social Isabela Adão where we decided to use our knowledge to help entrepreneurs to walk the path we have already traveled and for that we created a bridge that connects talents in Brazil with entrepreneurs looking to expand their business! They ask me how I manage all of this, besides having practiced sports like capoeira that helps me to have ginga, I feel that I have courage, and that's not the absence of fear, but being able to follow with my heart!

Born in Campinas, São Paulo, but raised in the United States since she was 7 years old, Isabela has made a home out of airport layover for some time. Naturally, Isabela envisioned creating a company that would demonstrate this same characteristic of simultaneously belonging to Brazil and the United States: thus creating a digital bridge (long live the internet!) between these two countries that are both pillars of her story as a woman and as a professional.

While studying Psychology and Biology at the University of Miami in Florida, Isabela was surrounded by students from all over the world, who came to the American university to extract information and resources that did not exist in their countries of origin, and then use the American know-how and capital for the benefit of their own communities – be them Indian, Chinese, Lebanese, etc. Despite not seeing herself in the corporate world and starting to work as a Behavioral Therapist after graduation, until entering the world of fashion and music in Miami and New York, Isabela always paid close attention to the business world and understood, since she was little, that entrepreneurship is a way to achieve our wildest dreams and change the conditions of our communities, and best of all: without waiting on anyone else!

Thus noting the overwhelming expansion of Asian economies - mainly India - which was largely a result of the technological boom of the 20th and 21st centuries and, consequently, of globalization, contrasted with the severe situation in which Brazil finds itself economically, a light went off in her head: I need to follow the example of my international colleagues at UM and be the bridge, or at least a small part of it, that connects Brazil to the future through technology. She hopes this bridge will bring opportunities to her beloved homeland.
