New York BPM was founded by Inês Ferreira, a marketing strategist with a unique journey that connects Brazil to the United States.

Inês started working in advertising at a very young age, selling products on trains in São Paulo. With only a few minutes between stations, she learned how to capture attention, communicate value, and convince people to buy.

Raised in Brazil with strong family references, including her mother who migrated from Bahia and her father who lived in Nigeria, Inês developed a global perspective early on and understood that the world was much bigger than her surroundings.

She holds a degree in Digital Design, specialized in Digital Marketing, and an MBA in Digital Marketing. With over 10 years of experience working with multinational and Brazilian companies, she built a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and brand positioning.

In 2018, she moved to New York and began sharing marketing insights while supporting entrepreneurs in growing their businesses. Through her work, she built a community of over 50,000 followers and created meaningful connections that led to the creation of New York BPM.
